9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria, or other competent South African court. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
